HOW TO GET STARTED

STEP 1: REQUEST A FREE CONSULTATION

STEP 2: PHONE CONSULTATION

A typical phone consultation lasts for about 15 to 30 minutes. We will briefly go over some details such as current physical activity status and goals.

We encourage you to fill out this client questionnaire BEFORE your phone consult. It will give us a general idea of what issues to focus on during our conversation.

STEP 3: INITIAL ASSESSMENT

If necessary, you may be required to have a Physician Release form filled out and signed by a medical professional prior to the initial assessment.

Your initial assessment may consist of: filling out necessary forms, detailed medical history, setting realistic fitness goals, orthopedic testing, digital postural & movement assessments and fitness level testing.

SolFit exercise programs incorporate advanced assessment and program design to enable clients of varying abilities and fitness levels to feel challenged while minimizing risk of injury.

Those with pre-existing conditions/chronic conditions can often benefit from medical exercise programs. When necessary, SolFit can work with your medical team to provide a safe and sustainable program.

We feel we have a responsibility to our clients to create fitness programs that can be maintained and progressed long term. That means instilling proper form, technique, bodily awareness, determination, patience and inner strength in all our clients. This also means implementing proper exercise progression and realistic goal setting.
