Our fitness programs are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Our programs consist of specialized fitness assessments, assisted stretching, yoga asanas and corrective exercise.


Specialized Fitness Assessments

Digital and manual assessments can provide fitness professionals with a fairly accurate measurement of overall fitness level and wellness. Results can be used to assess progress as well as the effectiveness of a given fitness program.

We offer the following digital assessments to all of our clients: 
Digital Body Fat and Muscle Quality Testing, Digital Posture Assessment, Digital Vitals Including Blood Pressure and Heart Rate and Digital Workout Quality Assessment. 

SolFit also uses Advanced Fitness Assessment and Functional Movement Analysis, Orthopedic Testing (For assessment & referral purposes only), Digital Balance and Proprioception Assessments to find your strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to create safe and effective exercise programming for a wide range of abilities and for those with medical conditions.


Assisted Stretching

Passive Assisted Stretch, Manual Exercise & Table Exercise, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Active/Dynamic Flexibility Training, Yogic stretch and Self Myofascial release are just some of the advanced modalities used at SolFit to help clients improve function and range of motion. SolFit offers you more clinically researched and effective options than your average fitness professional. This gives us the edge when it comes to safe exercise, performance enhancement and injury prevention.


Yoga Asanas

SOLFIT offers 1-on-1 and small group Yoga or ‘Yoga Fusion’ sessions focusing on Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), and Dhyana (Meditation techniques). Special emphasis is given to posture/alignment, coordination of breath and movement, balance, strength and flexibility. SOLFIT Yoga is Hatha-based with a specialization in ‘Flow’, 'Restorative' and ‘Yin’ styles. Additionally, clients have the option of seamlessly fusing traditional Yoga Asana practice with any of our other exercise modality such as suspension training or assisted stretching.



Corrective Exercise

Corrective Exercise utilizes special assessment procedures in order to identify specific dysfunctions in the body and correct them through specific movements or exercises. Corrective exercise as a whole focuses on posture, movement patterns, joint position and alignment, flexibility, balance/proprioception, and functionality of exercise in order to create an exercise program that improves health and corrects muscle imbalances. Corrective exercise is a great choice for both people who are new to exercise and seasoned athletes wishing to improve performance or prevent injury.
