Personal Training

Customized workout program based on client’s medical history, fitness level and goals. We utilize different exercise modalities such as HIIT, circuit training and super sets to maximize the benefits of each session.

Corrective Exercise

Special assessment procedures are utilized to identify specific dysfunctions in the body and correct them through specific movements or exercises. Corrective exercise as a whole focuses on posture, movement patterns, joint position and alignment, flexibility, balance/proprioception, and functionality of exercise in order to create an exercise program that improves health and corrects muscle imbalances. It is a great choice for both people who are new to exercise and seasoned athletes wishing to improve performance or prevent injury.


Weight Management

When combined with diet, exercise can help maintain or reduce weight. Our program combines aerobic training with resistance training in an effort to maximize calories burned in each session. Building lean muscle mass as fat mass is lost increases the body’s resting metabolic rate.

Women’s Fitness

Our program is designed around women’s natural rhythm. We take into account the physiological changes that occur during childbearing years and after menopause. The program aims to emphasize body toning, strength training and balance exercises. Tailored programs are available based on client needs.

Specialized Assessments

Digital and manual assessments can provide fitness professionals with a fairly accurate measurement of overall fitness level and wellness. Results can be used to assess progress as well as the effectiveness of a given fitness program.

SolFit also uses Advanced Fitness Assessment and Functional Movement Analysis, Orthopedic Testing (For assessment & referral purposes only), Digital Balance and Proprioception Assessments to find your strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to create safe and effective exercise programming for a wide range of abilities and for those with medical conditions.
