Program Goals

SOLFIT offers 1-on-1 and small group Yoga or ‘Yoga Fusion’ sessions focusing on Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), and Dhyana (Meditation techniques). Special emphasis is given to posture/alignment, coordination of breath and movement, balance, strength and flexibility. SOLFIT Yoga is Hatha-based with a specialization in ‘Flow’, 'Restorative' and ‘Yin’ styles. Additionally, clients have the option of seamlessly fusing traditional Yoga Asana practice with any of our other exercise modality such as suspension training or assisted stretching.
